MAT is conducted 4 times in a year in February, May, September and December. The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent recognized degree. A final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc) can also appear provisionally. Usually, there is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation, which is different for different MIs\/University. A. Candidate can opt for Paper Based Test (PBT) by paying a fee of \u20b9 2300\/-.<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

B. Candidate can opt for Computer Based Test (CBT) by paying a fee of \u20b9 2300\/-.<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Note:
Candidate can take MAT as:<\/strong>
(i) Paper Based Test (PBT) or
(ii) Computer Based Test (CBT) or
(iii) Paper Based Test and Computer Based Test (PBT+CBT)<\/p>

Note:
\u2022 Candidates can opt for an additional mode of test (PBT+CBT) by paying an extra fee of 1700\/- in addition to 2300\/-.
\u2022 Candidates opting for additional test will have the benefit of selecting additional 2 Management Institutes for sending their scores in addition to existing option of selecting 5 Management Institutes i.e. they can select 7 Management Institutes in total.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

How many MIs participate in MAT? Do they keep on changing or remain the same? Is there a same admission criterion for each & every Institute? Are they recognized by AICTE? The number of participating MI\u2019s may vary. The number of MI\u2019s keeps on changing from test to test. Admission criteria for every institute are different. All MIs participating in MAT are either AICTE, DEC approved, University affiliated College, University Department. For further information you may contact the MIs\/Universities of your choice.
