AIMA organised its 12th Senior Leadership Retreat on the theme ‘Imaginative Leadership: Thriving in Uncertainty’ held at Taj Fort Aguada, Goa, from 18th-20th December 2023. The programme was meticulously curated around the challenges of the present business landscape, guided leaders through a journey of self-discovery, audacious goal-setting, resilience-building, and strategic adaptation. The retreat was Chaired by Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman, Hero Enterprise.

The retreat successfully navigated the complexities of leadership in uncertain times, providing valuable insights and fostering a spirit of imaginative and audacious leadership among the attendees. The diverse range of speakers and topics ensured a well-rounded and enriching experience for all participants. The retreat was attended by more than 20 senior leaders from various corporations and PSUs.

11th Senior Leadership Retreat
Beating disruption: Leading by purpose
20-22 December 2022: Taj Fort Aguada Resort and Spa, Goa
AIMA organised the 11th edition of its Senior Leadership Retreat on the theme ‘Beating disruption: Leading by purpose’ from 20 – 22 December 2022 at Goa. The Retreat was organised under the Chairmanship of Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, Past President, AIMA & Chairman, The Hero Enterprise. The Retreat focused on how disruption and turbulence have created an opportunity for business leaders to fundamentally reinvent their purpose, strategies, organisations, and processes to become fit for the new business environment.
