As the world reopens, AIMA will be resuming its very popular leadership programme – The Leadership Retreat in Goa, to help build management capability in these difficult times.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, constantly changing business environment, the VUCA world and globalization are putting more challenges before the business leaders than ever before. As seemingly irreconcilable problems emerge, the expectation from those who lead is becoming ever more demanding. There is a growing need amongst business leaders to revisit and reinvent their business strategies and model to efficiently address the new realities created by the global pandemic and disruptions.

The AIMA Retreat will provide an opportunity to help business leaders take a pause, reflect, review and look at innovative strategies to keep up with frequent change and efficiently navigate radical uncertainty through the experience of leaders who have effectively responded to the constantly evolving threats and opportunities while charting a path to sustainable growth.
