AIMA- AMA Regional Management Conclave - Leadership and Management – Strategies to Sustain, Scale, Succeed, 7^th March 2025, Ahmedabad

As part of its diamond jubilee celebrations in 2017, AIMA took up a key initiative to organize the Regional Management Conclaves jointly with its Local Management Associations across the country. Since its inception in 2017, it has been very well received in its editions held across India. In 2021 and 2022, online versions of the same were organized due to the unprecedented times.   An edition of the Regional Management Conclave was held on 7^th March 2025 at Ahmedabad, jointly with the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) at the AMA Auditorium. The theme of the Conclave was Leadership and Management - Strategies to Sustain, Scale, Succeed.  

Ms Pratibhaben Jain,  Mayor of Ahmedabad was the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session. Sessions at the conclave were conducted on the theme : Leadership and Management – Strategies to Sustain, Scale, Succeed, Implementing Sustainability Initiatives, Fostering Diversity and Inclusion, Shaping India’s Future - Role of Leadership, Embracing Change in the Digital Age. The eminent  speakers at the session included Mr Sanjay Kirloskar, Chairman and Managing Director, Kirloskar Brothers Limited & Past President, All India Management Association, Ms Sundari Nanda, Former IPS Officer and Special Secretary (Internal Security), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Mr Richard Rekhy, Vice Chair, Grant Thornton India, Mr Yash Shah, Founder, The Address, Mr Nishant Behl, Founder, Expand My Business - EMB Global, Professor Rajat Moona, Director, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar, Mr Abhishek Desai, Founder, CricHeroes, Co-Founder, Digicorp. The sessions were chaired by  Dr Savan Godiawala, President, Ahmedabad Management Association & Visiting Professor, IIM Ahmedabad & IIT Gandhinagar , Retired Partner, Deloitte India,  Mr Rajiv Gandhi, Vice President, Ahmedabad Management Association & CEO & MD, Hester Biosciences Limited,  Ms Gopi Trivedi, Hon. Joint Secretary, Ahmedabad Management Association &  Senior Partner & Head, Patent Division, Y. J. Trivedi & Company, Patent Valuation Expert, Mr Yatindra Sharma, Co-Founder, KHS Machinery Pvt. Ltd, Managing Partner, Invesco Fiscal Services LLP & Past President, Ahmedabad Management Association, Mr Mohal Sarabhai Hon. Secretary, Ahmedabad Management Association & Managing Director, Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd,  CEO, Asence Inc. USA, CoSara Diagnostics, and Synbiotics Limited. The programme concluded with a Special Session with Mr Jagdish Vishwakarma, Minister of State, Government of Gujarat, MLA, Nikol Constituency, which session was chaired by Mr Unmesh Dixit, Executive Director, Ahmedabad Management Association. The conclave was attended by leaders across the nation, senior government officials.  Mr Sanjay Grover, Director, LMA Relations & Membership & Young Leaders Council, All India Management Association (AIMA) joined for the programme. The programme also saw participation of AIMA Local Management Associations in the Gujrat Region to name a few - Baroda, Bharuch, Indore, Navsari and Rajkot. The conclave was very well received with over 400 participants attending the conclave physically.
