As part of its diamond jubilee celebrations in 2017, AIMA took up a key initiative to organize the Regional Management Conclaves jointly with its Local Management Associations across the country. Since its inception in 2017, it has been very well received in its editions held across India. In 2021 and 2022, online versions of the same were organized due to the unprecedented times.  The next edition of the Regional Management Conclave is scheduled to be held on 7^th March 2025 at Ahmedabad, jointly with the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) at the AMA Auditorium. The theme of the Conclave is Leadership and Management - Strategies to Sustain, Scale, Succeed.

The conclave will be attended by leaders across the nation and will be addressed by eminent speakers, senior Government officials, CEOs and Thought Leaders from different spheres of life, who will share their views with participants through interactive sessions. The conclave will attract delegates from Industry, Government, Media, Academia, Entrepreneurs and Young Minds from across the country.
