Being a good leader involves continuous learning from experienced individuals, inspiring and guiding teams, critical and creative thinking, and unlocking one's true potential. To support leaders in their journey to success, AIMA's Mid-level Leadership Development Programme offers experiential practice in a collaborative learning environment.
