AIMA organised its HRM conclave on the theme 'Transformational HR: Catalyst for the Future Organisation' on 15th February 2023 at New Delhi. The inaugural session was addressed by Mr SY Siddiqui, Summit Chairman & Executive Advisor, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd; Mr P Dwarkanath, Former Chairman, GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd and Mr Rajeev Dubey, Chairman, Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd delivered the keynote address and the vote of thanks was given by Mr Neeraj Kapoor, Director, All India Management Association.
Some of the other eminent speakers included Mr Rajkamal Vempati, Head Human Resource, Axis Bank; Mr Sudhakar Ambati, Former CHRO, Dabur; Mr Michael Dias, Managing Partner, Michael Dias & Associates; Mr Rajiv Kapoor, Executive Director & CEO-Group Head HR, UNO Minda; Ms Divya Baweja and Mr Atul Mittal, Partners, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP; Mr SV Nathan, Partner & Chief Talent Officer, Deloitte India; Mr Harshvendra Soin, Global Chief People Officer & Head Marketing, Tech Mahindra; Mr Yuvaraj Srivastava, Group CHRO, MakeMyTrip; Ms Manu Narang Wadhwa, CHRO, Sony Pictures Networks India; Mr Anil Somani, Founder and the Executive Chairman, FOSTIIMA Business School and Mr Pankaj Bansal, Co-Founder & Group CEO, Peoplestrong. The programme was well received with an audience of over 200 participants.

HR Strategy on Talent, Technology & Transformation

Technology is rendering both serious challenges as well as opportunities for Corporates and organisations. There will be a direct impact on HR Strategies & Processes involving People, Technology & Need for Transformation. Thus HR needs a major transition and fast. HR for the digital age requires a reinvention of the strategies and methods for hiring, training, evaluation, rewards, engagement & Value Add to Business.
HR has to facilitate organization transformation for winning in the physical and the digital realms and also for agility to adapt to shifts in technology and market. HR has to manage a complex talent ecosystem that includes a multi-generation workforce, gig workers and smart machines. HR itself is getting automated and the HR professionals have to learn to work with data, robotics, and artificial intelligence and align with business strategy to add value to business.
Considering the above imperatives, AIMA is organising the HRM Conclave on February 12, 2020 at AIMA Lajpat Nagar Office, New Delhi.
The theme for the conclave this year is “HR Strategy on Talent, Technology & Transformation”
