Purpose

The pandemic has reset the world order and has created a new paradigm for the way we operate our businesses and lives. Each one of us is figuring out way to tackle / adjust this new world order and learning, through experimentation, as there is no rear-view mirror to leverage. In light of this scenario, there is a need to share experiences amongst each other and help co-create an “HR Playbook to Reimagine the New World Order”,which can be utilized by everyone as they take their lives forward.

Format

As amongst the first ones in the year 2021, in orderto create a fresh appeal, AIMA HR Programme will look at becoming a culminating pot for “HR Playbook to Reimagine the New World Order”.

The session will be:

• Comprising of storytelling / case studies presentation of leading corporations locally and globally on how have they refreshed themselves
• Practical guide steps on how does one go about refreshing their organization from hiring to separation strategies (& everything in-between)
• Focussed models / tips from leading thought leaders around the world and India
