AIMA’s Global Innovation and Management Programme (GIMP) offers an interactive on-site learning experience tailored for seasoned executives and senior leaders. It is designed to refine leadership and management skills, while also bringing you up to date with the latest in business. Visit to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
Opened in 1998, KL International Airport (KLIA) is one of the region’s major aviation hubs. The airport has been at the forefront of innovation, introducing various cutting-edge technologies to enhance the passenger experience. KLIA has implemented a smart airport system, which utilizes data analytics and IoT sensors to optimize airport operations and reduce congestion. KL International Airport (KLIA) has recently joined the world’s first and only Airport Customer Experience Accreditation (ACEA) programme by Airports Council International (ACI) as part of its commitment towards ensuring continuous service excellence. It was first built with a capacity of 25 mppa with two independent Runway, the Main Terminal has since been optimised to handle up to 30 mppa. In May 2014, its second terminal, Terminal 2, was opened just 2 km away from KLIA’s Main Terminal. Built with a capacity of 45 mppa. KLIA possesses world standard facilities and is equipped to accommodate the Airbus A380, the world’s largest passenger aircraft.
