Introduction
Effective managers play an important role in ensuring that all organisational goals are met and at the same time promote employee wellbeing and growth. They are better able to align organisational and employee goals to create a win-win situation.
The objective of the training is to support participants understand one’s abilities, understand the key roles of a manager and to develop their managerial skills for increasing effectiveness as managers. The programme will explain the processes of managing self and others, besides enhancing team effectiveness by pragmatic decision making and conflict resolution.
