AIMA Vice Chancellors Council (VCC) is organising a knowledge session on 17^th November 2023 (Friday).

The theme of the discussion is ‘Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023: Implications for Higher Education Institutions’.

The DPDP Act endeavours to uphold individuals' authority over personal information and therefore it is important for us to understand Data Principal Rights, Obligations of a Data Fiduciary, Data Processors and related compliance requirements, and salient features.

To have an understand of newly enacted DPDP ACT and its implications for academic institutions and professionals, AIMA’s Vice Chancellors Council is organising an online session on 17th November 2023, from 4pm to 5.30pm.

The keynote speaker of the session is Mr Vinayak Godse, CEO , Data Security Council of India.

The session will be moderated by Prof Saji Gopinath, Vice Chancellor ,Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology and Member AIMA VCC.
