CEOs Delegation to Silicon Valley

AIMA organised its 5th CEO Delegation Visit from 10th to 14th October 2022 to Silicon Valley, USA. The visit was an opportunity for Indian CEOs to interact with senior officials from iconic and innovative companies in Silicon Valley to gain firsthand experience in emerging trends and technologies.
The delegation included several industry stalwarts and was led by Mr Shrinivas Dempo, President, AIMA and Chairman, Dempo Group of Companies and Mr Harsh Pati Singhania, Vice-Chairman & MD, JK Paper Ltd. The delegation included Mr Arun Kumar, Managing Partner, Celesta Capital; Mr HM Nerurkar, Chairman, TRL Krosaki Refractories Ltd; Mr Inderdeep Singh, President and MD, Continental Device India Pvt Ltd; Mr Manuranjith Ranganathan, Director & CEO – Retail, CavinKare Pvt Ltd; Mr Priyabrata Panda, MD, TRL Krosaki Refractories Ltd; Mr R. Mukundan, MD & CEO, Tata Chemicals Ltd; Ms Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA, Mr Shiv Grewal, Co-Founder, Auctus Global Capital; Mr Shiv Siddhant Narayan Kaul, MD, Nicco Engineering Services Ltd; Mr Vineet Agarwal, MD, Transport Corporation of India Ltd and Ms Vinita Bajoria, Chairperson, Nicco Cables Ltd.
The programme included visits to technology companies such as Zoom Video Communications Inc, Ericsson Silicon Valley, NVIDIA, XTI, Pandorum International Inc, Prellis Biologics, Adobe, Ansys, Celesta Capital and Capricorn Investments.
The group participated in a round table with UC Santa Cruz faculty, hosted by Ms Cynthia Larive, Chancellor, UC Santa Cruz and had an extensive visit to the ranch of Mr David Frigstad, Chairman, Frost & Sullivan. The CEO Delegation Visit concluded with an interaction with Prof. Paul Saffo, a technology forecaster and Adjunct Professor, Stanford University.

AIMA organised a CEOs Delegation visit to iconic Silicon Valley companies from the 30th September to 3rd October 2019. The delegation included stalwarts from various companies and industries and was led by Mr Sunil Kant Munjal Chairman, AIMA International and Chairman, Hero Enterprise and Mr Sanjay Kirloskar, President, AIMA and Chairman and Managing Director, Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. The delegation included Mr TV Mohandas Pai, Chairman, Manipal Global Education Services; Mr R Mukundan, Managing Director and CEO, Tata Chemicals Limited; Mr Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director, Transport Corporation of India Ltd; Mr Solomon Darwin, Executive Director, Garwood Center for Corporate Innovation Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley; Mr Rekha Sethi, Director General, All India Management Association; Mr Shiv Siddhant Kaul, Managing Director, Nicco Engineering Services Ltd; Mr Pranav Pai, Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer, 3one4 Capital and Mr Siddarth Pai, Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer, 3one4 Capital.
The visits were conducted at Silicon Valley’s most innovative companies such as LinkedIn, IDEO Group, Twitter, Salesforce, Embraer, Varian Medical Systems, Carbon 3D, Square, NIO US, Intel, Roambee and PayPal.
