The All India Management Association (AIMA) is the Voice of India’s Leaders and Managers, and the apex body for management in India with over 38000 members and close to 6000 corporate / institutional members through 68 Local Management Associations affiliated to it. AIMA was formed over 60 years ago and is a non-lobbying, not for profit organization. It works closely with industry, Government, academia and students, to further the cause of the management profession in India; and is represented on a number of policy making bodies of the Government of India and national associations. AIMA offers various services in the areas of testing, distance education, skill development & training, research, publications, executive education and management development programmes – both in the physical and virtual mode. In addition, AIMA brings to the Indian managers, the best management practices and techniques through numerous foreign collaborations with professional bodies and institutions.
In its endeavour to provide a platform to young leaders to shape the management destiny of the country, All India Management Association has constituted Young Leaders Council (YLC). The objective of the Council is to create a non-lobbying platform for young leaders who are ushering in the new era of change and building the new age India to engage with each other on a regular basis
It emphasizes the critical role young leaders play in driving change and innovation in today's dynamic world. The theme focuses on empowering the next generation with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to navigate complex challenges, embrace new opportunities, and lead with purpose. Highlights the importance of mentorship, continuous learning, and a forward-thinking approach to leadership. By fostering an environment that encourages creativity, resilience, and ethical decision-making, can guide young leaders to become influential agents of positive change, shaping a future that is more inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous for all.
The Summit is for dynamic young leaders across the nation and will be addressed by eminent speakers, senior Government officials, CEOs and Thought Leaders from different spheres of life, who will share their views with participants through interactive sessions. The Summit will attract delegates from Industry, Government, Media, Academia, Entrepreneurs and Young Minds from across the country.
