AIMA, in collaboration with its Local Management Associations, has been organizing the Regional Management Conclave each year. The next edition of the Regional Management Conclave (Virtual Version) has been planned with the Eastern Region Local Management Associations, with Jamshedpur Management Association taking the lead. The Conclave is planned on 26th April 2022 (Tuesday) from 09:30 hrs - 14:00 hrs.
The theme of the Conclave is the same as the theme of AIMA for the year - A Bruised New World: Leading Transformation Amidst Uncertainty.
The conclave shall include the following plenary sessions
- Developing Future Business Leaders to Strategize and Lead Effectively in a Volatile & Uncertain World.
- The future of education
- Start up to scale up:
- How great brands are built?
- The great resignation
The conclave will discuss these issues and more.
