“The World and Organisations do not need only Managers, but Leaders. The uncertainties presented by the recent crisis have made organizations aspire to create Leaders at all levels.
The Leader of today should be able to face adversity, identify the key problem areas, take charge, get the teams together and work on getting a solution. This all needs to be done with utmost level of accountability and diligence. Today's leadership needs to thrive through technological disruption & market turbulence.
Leaders today, need to be deliberate about their people strategies as well as prioritize the development of next-generation leaders in order to retain their talent and maintain a competitive advantage.
Another key function of the Leader of today is to be Coach and Mentor to the Managers below him. The role of leadership in business is now more than just strategizing a winning business model to drive the bottom line: it also includes developing employees to ensure that the future set of managers are well-balanced, inclusive, and set new trends for leadership.
AIMA’s Leadership Workshop is aimed at opening up the minds of the young leaders to the emerging “new corporate world” with its ambiguities and challenges and change which is happening at a faster pace than ever before and be prepared to address this not from the perspective of a Manager, but a Leader…
We would have a domain specialist Programme Director talking to key Top Leaders from across the private and the PSUs and a Business Simulation Workshop to expose the managers to key and critical areas of organisational decision-making. “
