The objective of the contest is to showcase HR best practices innovative work in HR and its practitioners and to recognize their talent.

The case study contest would be conducted for PSU & Corporate segments and Top 3 Teams chosen as winners in both.

• The Case study presentations will be made ONLINE through Video Conferencing as per the presentation slot provided to the respective organisations
• Case Study presentations will be madein 2 segments -PSU & Corporate segments.
• One organization can participate with multiple case studies (one best practice to be covered in each case study)
• The presenters would be expected to explain the salient features of the HR Best Practice and its overall impact.
• Each Case Study will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A by the Jury members. The case studies received would be evaluated on the basis of Purpose & Impact; Uniqueness; Scale & Scalability and Duration & Stakeholder Feedback through a jury presentation on 12th March.
• Scalability and Duration & Stakeholder Feedback through a jury presentation on 8th March.

The top 3 teams will be selected by the jury panel in each segment based on the evaluation parameters and they would be invited to present in the HR Power Workshop in New Delhi on 16th March,2024.
