AIMA is organizing its 51^st  National Management Convention on 11th – 12th September 2024 at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi..

The National Management Convention, is the annual flagship event of AIMA and is organised each year on a theme of topical national importance, based on current events. The Convention is addressed by eminent speakers, including Ministers, CEOs and Thought Leaders from different spheres of life, who share their views with participants through interactive sessions.

The Convention is attended by corporates and senior Industry leaders, young leaders from AIMA's Young Leaders Council and members from AIMA's 68 Local Management Associations, from all over India. Many also join the live stream on AIMA’s social media channels.

The theme for the Convention this year is “India’s ascent: Navigating global uncertainty”. 

The Convention will provide a platform to deliberate on strategies and policies required to enhance India’s ability to exploit its full economic potential while balancing fast growth with sustainability to enable navigate the global uncertainty that can affect the pace and extent of India’s ascent.
