Winners of 46th national competition of young managers
The 46th National Competitions for Young Managers was held on the theme “Transformational Leadership : Winning Strategies in uncertain Times”. The regional rounds were successfully conducted from 17th August to 2nd September. The Grand Finale was help on 4th September 2020. This was the first time we opened the competition for academicians.
Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Private Limited emerged as National Champions, Runner-up position was shared by Bosch Limited and Indian Oil Competitions Limited. Ms Pavithra Ravishankar from Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Private Limited emerged an Best Young Manager.
This year jury members at the grand finale were Mr Rajeev Bhadauria, Founder & Managing Partner Ebullient Consultancy; Mr Vivek Mehra, CEO, Sage Publications; Mr D V Shastry, Executive Director, GAIL; Mr Mario Schmidt, Managing Director, Lingel Windows and Doors Private Limited; Ramashankar Pandey,Managing Director, Hella India Lighting Private Limited. Around 70 teams participated in the competition from corporate as well as academics.

The 45th National Competition for Young Managers was held on the theme ‘Smart Organization: Innovative, Capable, Competitive’. The Regional Rounds were successfully conducted on 26th July in Kolkata, 5th August in Bangalore & 8-9 August in Mumbai and 22-23 August in Delhi. The Grand Finale was held on 30th August 2019 at Hotel The Radisson Blu, New Delhi. Around 110 teams participated in the competition.
KHS Machinery Limited emerged as the National Champions followed by Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited as 1st and 2nd runners up respectively. The Best Young Manager position was shared by Ms. Jenil Mehta of KHS Machinery Limited and Mr. Naman Hans of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.
The Jury members at the Grand Finale were Mr. Pravin Purang , Chancellor – O P Jindal University and Former Managing Director – Eicher Motors, Mr. Rama Shankar Pandey, Managing Director – Hella India Private Limited, Ms. Monisha Chowla , Co – Founder – Ikigai Communications, Mr. Puneet Agarwal, Vice Chairman – MIET Group of institutions and Mr. Mario Schmidt , Managing Director - Lingel Windows and Doors Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
