3rd Young Managers Simulation Championship, 14th - 24th January 2020
AIMA introduced the Young Managers Simulation Championship (YMS), specially designed for managers less than 35 years of age. YMS provides an excellent opportunity to the current generations familiarise them with business management concepts and manage business in the simulated environment. The participants are sensitised to acquaint themselves with the challenges faced by the top leaders, decision makers, administrators as functional heads to encounter these by forming business plans and making strategic decisions. It sharpens their business acumen and prepares them as versatile human assets to shoulder multi-tasking for business growth.
The 3rd edition of YMS was successfully concluded on 24th January, 2020 at New Delhi. The competition witnessed a participation of over 40 teams from all over India comprising of both private and PSU companies.
HPCL emerged as Champion , SAIL-Rourkela as 1st runners up and Maruti Suzuki was declared as the 2nd runners up. The Champion team will get wild entry in the National Management Games (NMG 2020).

2nd Young Managers Simulation Championship, 21-28 February 2019
The 2nd Young Managers Simulation Championship was successfully concluded on 28th February, 2019 at New Delhi this year. The competition saw massive participation across the country from various corporates.
Amidst all the finalists from all over India, HPCL emerged as the Champions; NTPC as Runners Up - I & Maruti Suzuki as Runners Up II. The Champion team will get Wild Entry in the National Management Games (NMG 2019) Finale scheduled to be held in the month of July.
Mr Pranav Sinha, GM & Head NTPC Power Management Institute, was the Chief Guest for the Valedictory Session.

The Finals were held on 14th of December, 2017. Mr. Amit Sharma. VP - Learning & Development for Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance was the chief guest for the event.
Amidst all the finalists from all over India, HPCL emerged as the Champions in YMS 2017; Andritz Hydro followed as the first and second runners up. The Campion team will get directly Wild Entry in the finale of Nation Management Games of 2018 (NMG 2018).
