HR Best Practices Case Study Contest would precede the HR Power Workshop.

Individual firms/Institutions will get the opportunity to showcase, learn, compete against teams in an HR Case Study Contest in an environment which empowers team building, harnesses healthy competitiveness and encourages innovative thinking.

The objective of the contest is to showcase HR best practices innovative work in HR and its practitioners and to recognize their talent.

The case study contest would be conducted for PSU & Corporate segments and Top 2 Teams chosen as winners in both.

• The Case study presentations will be made ONLINE through Video Conferencing as per the presentation slot provided to the respective organisations
• Case Study presentations will be madein 2 segments -PSU & Corporate segments.
• One organization can participate with multiple case studies (one best practice to be covered in each case study)
• The presenters would be expected to explain the salient features of the HR Best Practice and its overall impact.
• Each Case Study will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A by the Jury members.
• The case studies received would be evaluated on the basis of Purpose & Impact; Uniqueness; Scale & Scalability and Duration & Stakeholder Feedback through a jury presentation on 22nd November.

The winning teams will be selected by the jury panel and they would be invited to present in the HR Power th Workshop at Mumbai on 28 November, 2024
