Smita Das
Director- Corporate Communications
Ms. Smita Das is a communications and media professional with close to 30 years’ experience in both Internal/External Communication and Advertising. She is currently Director - Corporate Communications at All India Management Association, the apex body of the management profession in India. Smita joined AIMA in 2010, and spearheads the communication team at AIMA responsible for design and delivery of all of internal and external AIMA’s communication strategies, including AIMA’s online presence.
Before AIMA, Smita worked at HCL, where she headed the Internal Communications team across 10 centers in Noida and Chennai, and led many Corporate and Business Unit communication and engagement initiatives for all sites. Prior to that she was an Art Director with J Walter Thomson (now Wunderman Thompson), one of the world’s premier advertising agencies, where she worked on advertising/branding strategies for various multinational brands, including Pepsi, Reebok, Rayban, Nestle etc.
